On 24/9/2020 Jmfc court Aurangabad passed an exparte ad-interim order against the Former MLA Harshawardhan Jadhav in the Domestic Violence case filed by his wife who is the daughter of central minister Raosaheb Danve.
The said came to be set aside by the court on appearance of the Former MLA Harshawardhan Jadhav and after hearing arguments of his advocate Zaheerkhan Pathan and After listening to the arguments and submissions by the learned advocates of both sides the learned JMFC was of the opinion that there is no reasonable ground to continue the stay and order was set aside.
That in order to further harass Harshawardhan Jadhav his wife challenged this order before the Hon’ble sessions court Aurangabad in criminal appeal no 57/2020 and after hearing both the sides the Hon’ble sessions Court rejected the appeal filed for stay on the properties of harshawardhan jadhav by Daughter of Central Minister Raosaheb danve as there was no sufficient grounds.
